Teguh Partners was founded by solicitors who noticed a consistent gap in the Malaysian property market — clients completing transactions without fully understanding what they had signed or what obligations they carried forward. That observation became our founding purpose.
Operating from our office at Plaza Teguh in Petaling Jaya, we work with first-time home purchasers, seasoned property investors, business owners reviewing commercial tenancies, and developers navigating land acquisition processes. Each matter receives the same standard of care regardless of transaction size.
Our practice deliberately limits the number of files open at any given time. We prefer depth over volume — you will always have access to the lawyer handling your matter, not an administrative intermediary.
